Hopefully I wasn't the only one who took advantage of these ideal conditions this morning. The air temps were in the mid 40's with low humidity. Why can't I feel this good running in mid August. Now that would be truly inspiring!  I didn't see too many folks on the trail though. Only the usual middle schoolers hanging out before class at Lakeview. I feel so fortunate to be in the position I'm in. The West Orange Trail is a block from my doorstep, I can leave the house at 8:30am for a run and still make it to work on time to open the store. The day is not over yet! Get out and enjoy!
